Who we are
Elbunyaan is a digital platform that connects clients (contractors, procurement teams and importers) with verified suppliers of construction materials in Kuwait, the GCC and Egypt. We do not sell construction materials ourselves, nor do we negotiate or execute deals, and we assume no liability for any commercial agreement made between users.
Information we collect
We only ask for the data necessary to create an account and enable communication between parties: trading name, user name, mobile number, email, account type (client/supplier), country, main categories, and logo. We may also collect details of RFQs, tenders and orders uploaded through the platform.
How we use your information
We use the data to operate the platform: display supplier listings, forward RFQs and tenders to suppliers, send price and status alerts, and provide management tools. We do not sell data to any third party and do not use it for external advertising.
Sharing between clients and suppliers
Elbunyaan protects both parties' identities until a quote or tender quote is accepted. When a client accepts an offer, contact details and trading names become visible to both parties to complete the deal directly. Until then, contact details remain hidden and neither party can see the other's name or number.
Security and data retention
We apply appropriate security standards to protect your accounts and files. You may request deletion of your account or correction of your data by contacting us. We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.
Liability disclaimer
Elbunyaan is purely an electronic communication medium. We are not responsible for material quality, delivery, pricing, payments, or any dispute arising between a client and a supplier. Both parties must verify each other's identity and commercial terms before making payment or signing any contract.
